Subsequently, the inspection team moved to the Xinglian Technology Exhibition Hall to further understand the company's development history, core technology products, and innovative applications in multiple fields such as agriculture and industry.

Guangdong Xinglian Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2015. It is an enterprise dedicated to the research and development of intelligent manufacturing equipment for polymer materials and high-performance materials. The company has developed the world's first stretch rheological plasticizing extrusion equipment and two core products, namely high proof film. The enterprise has landed the Gaobao film production and processing project in Ganzhou District, Zhangye City, and plans to invest in the recycling and reuse of waste agricultural film and the processing and production of plastic packaging bags.

At the subsequent symposium, Li Wenying, Deputy General Manager of Xinglian Technology's agricultural film, showcased the practical application effectiveness of Gaobao film in seed corn planting in Ganzhou District. Through detailed cases and data, he demonstrated the excellent characteristics of Gaobao film, such as "promoting yield increase", "easy recycling", and "high-value reuse", compared to ordinary film under the same planting conditions. In addition, she also introduced the derivative industries of Gaobao membrane recycling industry in Ganzhou District, such as the small packaging bags for corn seeds and plastic packaging bags for beef and mutton that were trial produced in December, as well as the progress of establishing a 10000 ton residual film recycling, cleaning and granulation project covering Zhangye City in the future.

At the symposium, Mayor Zhao Xinfu proposed to increase the promotion and application of the industries that Xinglian has landed in Ganzhou District, collaborate with various departments, government and enterprises to seek greater support from the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs for the Gaobao membrane industry, and connect the derivative industry chain with local economic development to form a joint force.

He highly appreciated the "Gaobao Membrane" technology and its significant application results in Ganzhou District, and closely monitored the layout of Starlink Technology's circular industry projects in Gansu. He hopes that Xinglian Plastic Industry in Gansu Province will become an important production, promotion, and demonstration base radiating the Hexi Corridor; Gaobao Membrane Recycling Industrial Park should establish a service mechanism that covers the entire chain, cycle, and process; We need to increase publicity efforts and promote the application of high proof film and plastic packaging products throughout the city through production and sales matching meetings.
