On October 19th, Lan Shaomin, Chairman and Party Secretary of the Heilongjiang Provincial Political Consultative Conference, accompanied by leaders such as the Deputy Secretary of the Shuangyashan Municipal Committee and Mayor Gong Zhenjiang, visited Heilongjiang Xinglian Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. for research and investigation. Xu Liren, Secretary General of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, and relevant department heads from Shuangyashan City participated in this research activity together.

During the research period, Chairman Lan Shaomin gained a detailed understanding of the high barrier film manufacturing and recycling processing project that the company is currently promoting. This project can not only effectively protect black soil and solve the problem of "white pollution" caused by traditional plastic film, but also promote crop yield increase and farmers' income increase, achieving a win-win situation of ecological and economic benefits. Chairman Lan Shaomin highly affirmed this and praised it as a "good project that benefits the country and the people". He instructed Xinglian Plastic Industry to create a model in Shuangyashan and quickly radiate to the whole province and the three northeastern provinces.
