The Xinglian Technology Gaobao Film Manufacturing and Recycling Processing Project has landed in the Economic Development Zone of Shuangyashan City and started production at the beginning of this year. It is a project that creates the "Shuangyashan Model" with "new quality productivity", provides a complete solution for the treatment of white pollution in plastic film, and helps promote the green and sustainable high-quality development of black soil agriculture.

General Manager Tan Chaohao introduced the core product of the project to Governor Liang Huiling and her delegation: a plastic film product that can achieve ultra-high strength without thickening: Gaobao film. Compared with ordinary plastic film, it has obvious advantages such as easy recycling, high-value reuse, and increased production and income. As early as a few years ago, Gaobao film was tested in the cultivation of fresh corn and watermelon in the Shuangyashan area, and farmers generally reported that its warming effect was very significant; The early ripening of fresh corn has created an accumulated temperature zone; Watermelon yields an 8% increase compared to using ordinary plastic film, with an additional income of 6000 yuan per hectare.

Since its introduction to China in the early 1980s, plastic film has brought about earth shaking changes in agricultural production and income growth in cold and arid regions of China. It was once known as the "white revolution" in agriculture, but due to the difficulty of recycling ordinary plastic film, it has evolved into "white pollution" today. On the black soil, economic crops heavily use plastic film products, and the pollution situation is alarming.

As one of the three major agricultural inputs used in black soil, the emergence of Gaobao film has solved the problem of white pollution of plastic film from a technical perspective, contributing Foshan's technological strength to the protection of black soil; At the same time, it can also increase crop yields by more than 5% compared to covering with ordinary plastic film, providing a powerful means for increasing production and income in black soil.

The Gaobao membrane project has won the first prize of Guangdong Provincial Technology Invention Award and the first prize of China Light Industry Federation Science and Technology Invention Award. The use of high technology, high efficiency, and high quality to support the green development of agriculture is of great significance for protecting the black soil of "cultivated land giant pandas" and ensuring food security.
