Targeting the tackling of waste plastic film and building a solid agricultural ecological green barrier - Ganzhou District held the 2025 promotion meeting for the cleaning and recycling of waste plastic film

On September 16th, Ganzhou District held a conference to promote the cleaning and recycling of waste plastic film, with the core of "protecting agricultural ecology and building a closed loop for plastic film recycling". The leaders in charge of the fourth team of the district committee attended the meeting, and more than 90 people from relevant departments of the township and district governments, key village party branch secretaries, agricultural and forestry fields, corn seed production, and film distribution enterprises participated in the meeting.

The meeting conveyed and studied regulations on soil pollution prevention and control, solid waste prevention and control, and the recycling of waste agricultural film, and arranged and deployed the cleaning and recycling of waste plastic film in 2025. Five townships including Ganjun and Shajing, as well as enterprises such as Gansu Xinglian Plastic Industry, held meetings and exchanged speeches.

The meeting emphasized that the dual responsibility of "territorial management+user subject" should be taken as the driving force to ensure the full cleaning and recycling of waste plastic film in all film covered farmland in the whole region by the end of November, and to standardize the removal from fields, in order to build a solid ecological barrier for green agricultural development.
