Yesterday (March 27, 2025), Hou Shuxia, Vice Chairman of the Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Federation of Industry and Commerce of Raohe County, Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province, led a delegation from the Raohe County Federation of Industry and Commerce to visit and exchange ideas with Guangdong Xinglian Technology Co., Ltd. The members of the inspection team include Yu Chunsen, Secretary of the Party Group, Executive Vice Chairman and Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department of Raohe County Federation of Industry and Commerce, Wang Zhaocheng, Director of Raohe County Integrated Media Center, Zhu Jun, Director of Raohe County Livestock Service Center, and Tong Yan, Chairman of Raohe County Women's Federation. Ding Jianrong, a leader of the Nanhai District Federation of Industry and Commerce and a fourth level researcher, attended the event together.

Subsequently, the two sides held a discussion at Guangdong Xinglian Technology Co., Ltd. to have in-depth exchanges on the promotion and application of the Gaobao membrane project and future cooperation.

At the symposium, the inspection team gained a detailed understanding of the performance advantages of high-strength, weather resistant, and easily recyclable plastic film (Gaobao film) and its application effectiveness on black soil in Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province. Hou Shuxia, Vice Chairman of the Raohe County Political Consultative Conference, highly praised the characteristics of Gaobao film, which promote increased production, are easy to recycle, and can be reused for high value. She also stated that efforts will be made to increase publicity for this project on platforms such as the Raohe County Political Consultative Conference and the Federation of Industry and Commerce, so that this product, which benefits the country and the people, can deeply penetrate people's hearts and help local farmers achieve increased production and income while protecting black soil.

Yu Chunsen, Secretary of the Party Group of Raohe County Federation of Industry and Commerce, pointed out that last year, Raohe County suffered from natural disasters such as heavy rain, resulting in reduced crop yields. Gaobao film, with its excellent strength and weather resistance, is expected to become an effective means of promoting local agricultural production. He hopes that the Gaobao membrane project can be extended from Jixian County in Shuangyashan City to Raohe County, and equipped with installation and recycling equipment, bringing more economic benefits to local farmers.

Ding Jianrong, leader of the Nanhai District Federation of Industry and Commerce, stated that the Gaobao membrane project has broad development prospects in Raohe County. Black soil, as a rare and precious resource, can be effectively prevented from white pollution by the use of high proof film, which can also increase yield. At the same time, its excellent grass pressing performance can reduce the manual and pesticide inputs of farmers during the planting process. He hopes that both the North and the South can fully leverage their respective advantages, jointly promote the implementation of projects, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

Tan Chaohao, General Manager of Xinglian Technology, stated that the application of Gaobao film project in the agricultural field is just the beginning. In the future, the company will develop more suitable film products for local use according to the needs of different crops and regions. In addition, Xinglian Technology also plans to use ERE technology to further expand into the plastic product industry such as plastic bottles and packaging bags, based on the Gaobao film recycling industry, injecting new impetus into the local economic development.
