Extensional rheological extrusion technology will be unveiled at Adsale 2019

Siiico Technology will participate in the 2019 CHINAPLAS International Rubber and Plastics Exhibition (Booth No.: 2.1Y07) held in Guangzhou Pazhou Complex from May 21st to May 24th, 2019. Taking this opportunity, the extensional rheological extrusion technology and equipment will make their debut on the big stage of CHINAPLAS.

During the exhibition, Siiico Technology will display two types of equipment and their derivatives, the extensional rheological extrusion experimental equipment ERE-26A and the industrial machine ERE-46, and will be held at 11:00-11:30am every day, 15:00 pm 00-15:30pm On-site technical release and explanation will be held. Extensional Rheological Extrusion (ERE)

The extensional rheological extrusion technology has subverted the principle of shear rheological technology that has been used for more than 100 years. It is an "international initiative and international leading". It has the characteristics of uniform mixing and dispersion, narrow residence time distribution, and obvious physical forced compatibilization effect.

Extensional rheological extrusion equipment can be widely used in plastic extrusion molding, plastic mixing and modification, rubber processing, natural polymer material processing and other fields, especially in extrusion molding of ultra-high melt viscosity materials, polymer incompatibility It has breakthrough technical advantages in alloy modification, continuous rubber mixing and processing, and blending and extrusion of a number of inorganic materials. The products and their derivatives displayed at this exhibition demonstrate the excellent performance of the technology and equipment.
