为了解决农用地膜“白色污染”难题，广东星联科技有限公司联同东莞市正新包装制品有限公司以及瞿金平院士团队联合开展技术攻关，采用世界领先水平的ERE技术，成功研制“全回收高性能增产地膜”（商标为“高堡膜”）。由广东星联科技有限公司控股的广东星联科技农膜有限公司、麦盖提星联科技农膜有限公司，将在新疆及全国其它地区打造出一条“高堡膜”生产、使用、回收、再利用的循环产业链，最终将“白色塑料污染”变成“绿色再生资源”，为终结农用地膜白色污染提供全国可复制模式。

麦盖提星联科技农膜有限公司成立于2020年6月，注册资金1000万元，位于新疆喀什地区麦盖提县城西工业园区大漠路01号，由广东星联科技有限公司的子公司广东星联科技农膜有限公司全资控股，依托母公司专利技术，专注生产可实现全回收的高强度地膜（商标“高堡膜），是打造地膜生产、回收清洗造粒、高值化再利用循环产业链的企业。 为了解决农用地膜“白色污染”难题，广东星联科技有限公司联同瞿金平院士团队开展技术攻关，采用世界领先水平的ERE技术及配方技术，通过5年的大田试验，成功研制“全回收高性能增产地膜”（商标为“高堡膜”）。该产品残膜一次性机械回收率高于90%以上；可比覆盖普通地膜种植作物产量提高5%以上；同时高堡膜残膜的力学性能比普通地膜新膜的国标还要高，“极易回收、可高值化再利用”的突出优势解决了普通地膜因“难以回收、收而无用”带来的白色污染难题。目前，麦盖提星联科技农膜有限公司已在新疆打造出一条“高堡膜”生产、使用、回收、再利用的循环产业链，未来公司将在全国其它地区复制新疆模式，最终将“白色塑料污染”变成“绿色再生资源”，为终结农用地膜白色污染提供全套解决方案。 公司秉承“专业专注、共创共享”的核心价值观，以“终结地膜白色污染”为使命，推动“高堡膜”在覆膜种植作物上的全面推广应用，力争成为“绿水青山就是金山银山”的践行者。
