The tensile rheological properties of fiber composites were investigated, and the dispersion behavior of fibers in a complex flow field dominated by tensile deformation was explored. The new processing method shortens the thermomechanical history of plasticizing processing by more than 50%, reduces energy consumption by more than 30%, improves the dispersion effect of fibers in the matrix, maintains the fiber length, and increases the bending strength of products by more than 20%. It has laid a solid theoretical and technical foundation for the short-flow processing mechanism and technical research of this project.
